Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Partners

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

- Customer unavailable for multiple delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
