You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Not be altered or customized in any way
  • Be free from any damage, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Custom-made or tailored products
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 3: Our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • International: Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
